An exciting Runner's Expo is featured on Friday (1:00pm - 8:00pm) and Saturday (9:00am - 6:00pm)
at the Valley Isle Ballroom in The Westin Maui. Not only can you pick up your race package but
you will have plenty of time to browse through the many vendors of running and fitness related
products and services. This will include the people from
Marathon Fotos. In addition a large selection of
the official Maui Marathon merchandise will be on sale.

Dates and times to mark on your calendar:
Fri Sep 12, 2008 – Expo Move-in begins at 10 AM – 1 PM
Fri Sep 12, 2008 – Maui Marathon Expo 1 PM – 8 PM
Sat Sep 13, 2008 – Maui Marathon Expo 9 AM – 6 PM
Sat Sep 13, 2008 – Move-out of Expo begins at 6 PM
Sun Sep 14, 2008 – 5:30AM Start of the 38th Annual Maui Marathon
PARKING:
You have two choices with regards to parking at the Westin.
1) Whalers Village with NO validation.
2) If you are a guest of one of the hotels, Use their parking lot.
3) There will be parking in the upper lot off of Kekaa Dr. There will be a shuttle during the hours of the EXPO.
EXPO CHECK-IN:
Every vendor is required to check in with The Maui Marathon Staff for booth
MOVE-IN:
You are allowed to move in your own items into the Valley Isle Ball Room. Due to liability issues neither The Maui Marathon Staff nor the Westin, will be able to loan you their dollies.
FLOOR PLAN:
You will receive one more e-mail from us on Friday September 12, 2008.
RESTOCKING OF BOOTHS:
If you need to bring more products to your booth or take something away we ask that you do this prior to the opening of the Expo or after Expo closes. If you cannot wait until the Expo closes, whatever you are moving needs to be able to be carried by one person onto the Expo floor. No dollies, carts or any thing with wheels can be used while the Expo is open, nor is tandem carrying allowed. This is not only the safety of you and your staff but also for the safety of everyone that is attending the Expo. We cannot make any exceptions to this rule.
MOVE-OUT:
No vendors will be allowed to start moving anything out of their booths on Saturday September 13, 2008 until the Expo has closed at 6:00 PM.
