They are in alphabetical order by last name and include your town or city. The lists are updated every 4 weeks. It is never to early to prepare for a marathon or a half marathon and given that race weekend is now only four months away, it's time to start training seriously. This is especially true if the event is your first marathon or half marathon. We encourage you to visit the Cool Running training pages, have a look at the training schedules for both the marathon and half marathon and determine which of the four levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced and competitive) in each event best suits you.

In addition we have a limited number of 2004 "In Training" Tees left for purchase. The unique design will help to encourage you on those long training runs. The shirt is still available in small medium and large only. They are $18 each, plus $5 S&H for a total of $23 if mailed to any address within the US.
