The 2007 early-bird registration is now available in both on-line and print format through to the end of December, 2006. There are significant savings to be made if you register early for any of the events. We also encourage the use of on-line registration through our secure registration partner "Signmeup". The mail-in form includes an additional $5.00 processing fee and there is no additional processing fee for the secure on-line credit card registration process.

We have added electronic chip timing for all events including the 5K. This means your times will be very accurate.

As an additional incentive to participate, we are supplying a very attractive technical (moisture absorbing) Tee-shirt for all finishers in the marathon and half marathon and for all participants in the 5K. The shirt will also include a unique Maui design for your pleasure.

The Maui Marathon Carbo Load Party sells out every year. In 2007 we have added a second seating so that nobody misses out. We have kept the price the same as in previous years with the same standard of entertainment and hospitality and an improved runner-friendly buffet. Every year the Maui Marathon, Maui Half Marathon and the Maui Taco's 5K rely on hundreds of volunteers to make the event a success. This year's # 1 Volunteer Award goes to the Maui High School Cheerleading Squad, headed up by Shelby Ah Wah. What a spirited group! They cheered all of the race day participants through the last few hundred feet of the course into the finish chute.........our sincere mahalos to all of them. For their enthusiastic efforts, the Maui Marathon was happy to donate over $1800 to their outstanding program. Congratulations to all of you. 'See you next year!
